Risk disclosure
Trading perpetual futures carries a risk of total loss. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains. A leveraged position can be liquidated automatically, and you can lose the entire margin committed to it.
Nothing Elaa produces is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Every plan it writes is a proposal you choose to accept or decline.
Specific risks you should understand before using this service:
- Liquidation. Perpetual positions carry a price at which the venue closes them without asking you. A stop-loss reduces but does not eliminate this: in a fast or gapping market a stop may fill materially worse than its trigger price.
- Funding. Holding a perpetual position incurs periodic funding payments that can turn against you while the position is open.
- Smart contract and venue risk. Execution settles on chain through a third-party venue. Failures, exploits or downtime at that venue can affect your ability to open, close or withdraw.
- Model risk. Elaa is an AI system. It can be wrong, it can misread a market, and the data it reads can be stale or manipulated. You are responsible for every decision you approve.
- Tokenized equity risk. Tokenized shares are instruments that track an underlying security. Holding one does not confer shareholder rights, voting rights, or a direct claim on the issuer.
Restricted jurisdictions
Elaa executes through a third-party venue whose terms exclude residents of the jurisdictions below. Access is restricted accordingly. Eighteen jurisdictions are listed, in two groups that are treated differently.
Sanctioned. Access is blocked outright.
These are blocked by location and no attestation lifts the block. Self-certification is not a defence against sanctions, so the service does not accept one here.

The venue is not licensed to offer perpetual futures to residents of these jurisdictions. You are asked to confirm that you are not one, and that confirmation is recorded.
USUnited StatesGBUnited KingdomCACanadaCHSwitzerlandAEUnited Arab EmiratesSGSingaporeCNChinaThis list can change. When it does, the version stamp at the top of this page changes with it and every user is asked to confirm again, because an attestation made against a different list is an attestation to something else.
Eligibility and attestation
Before your first trade you are asked to confirm the following. It is recorded with a timestamp, the version of the list then in force, and the country the network reported at that moment.
I confirm that I am not a resident of, located in, or a citizen of any restricted jurisdiction listed below, and that I am not acting on behalf of anyone who is. I understand that trading perpetual futures carries risk of total loss.
You must also be of legal age in your jurisdiction and be acting for yourself. A false attestation is your responsibility, not the operator’s. Where the network reports a location that contradicts what you have confirmed, that contradiction is recorded alongside it.
Custody and keys
Elaa is non-custodial. The key that owns your funds is generated on your device and never leaves it. The operator cannot reconstruct it, cannot recover it for you, and cannot move your funds with it.
| KEY | WHERE IT LIVES | WHAT IT CAN DO |
|---|---|---|
| Owner key | Your device only | Owns the funds. Signs withdrawals to any address. Never transmitted. |
| Trading key | Held by the service | Opens and closes positions, and withdraws only to your own address. Cannot send funds anywhere else. |
If you lose your device and your backup, your funds are unrecoverable. This is the cost of the operator not being able to take them. Back up your recovery phrase somewhere you will still have it in a year.
What the service does
Elaa reads market data, proposes trade plans, and executes them only after you approve each one. It does not trade autonomously, and no feature of the current service permits it to.
- Every order that opens or increases a position must carry a stop-loss. Orders without one are refused.
- Position size is computed from your entry, your stop, and the risk limits you set. You can change those limits at any time.
- Nothing reaches the venue until you approve it in the app.
- The operator does not guarantee execution, fill price, uptime, or that any proposal will be profitable.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to launder money, evade sanctions, manipulate markets, or on behalf of anyone barred from using it. The operator may suspend access where it reasonably believes any of these apply.
Privacy
What is collected, and why:
| DATA | PURPOSE |
|---|---|
| Account identity | Sign-in through Google or Apple. The operator receives an identifier and email address, not your password. |
| Wallet address | To read balances and route execution. Public information on chain by nature. |
| Conversations | Sent to a third-party model provider to generate responses. Retained so Elaa can remember context you have given it. |
| Trading activity | Positions, orders and performance, to compute risk limits and show your history. |
| Approximate country | Derived from network headers, to apply the jurisdiction rules above and to record alongside your attestation. |
Your private key is never collected, transmitted, or stored by the operator. It cannot be, by construction.
You can request deletion of your account and associated records at any time. Funds are unaffected by deletion: they are on chain and controlled by your key, not by the operator.
Beta status
Elaa is in private beta, opening in small groups. The service is provided as is, without warranty. Features may change or be removed, data may be reset, and access may be withdrawn during the beta period.
These terms will be updated as the service changes, and you will be asked to accept the updated version.
